When we say LOW & SLOW, we mean it.
We’ve smoked a couple thousand pounds (and counting) since we started and have perfected our process to deliver the best possible BBQ we can, every time. That means that “Stumpy” never gets over 250 and your BBQ gets the proper treatment.
All of our menu items are made GLUTEN FREE, however not all of our products are “Certified Gluten Free” and we do have regular buns on-board the trailer, so please tell us when you are ordering if you have a gluten sensitivity or allergy.
