WE TAKE CARE OF THINGS
We love seeing the look on people’s faces when they try our BBQ and we would be glad to show up, setup, serve up, and clean-up at your event. We can bring the big trailer (SWINE 1) to serve out of, setup the small trailer (SWINE 2) for backyards and smaller spaces, or setup buffet style.
YOU HANDLE THINGS
This option is for those of you that don’t mind taking care of things yourself. We will provide you all of your provisions either hot or cold, and in your choice of container. Most of our provisions come with re-heating instructions so you can get it up to 3 days before your event. You can either pickup or have us deliver (extra fee).
